What are Probiotics?

Probiotics are the good bacteria that lives in your bodies’ digestive system. There are many species of this friendly bacteria which helps the body to function properly and maintain good health.

Naturally, eating fermented foods will help promote good bacteria in the digestive system, but due to refrigeration, we rarely get enough. Eating yogurt, plain with no sugar or fruit, is just one of the foods with good bacteria. Unfortunately, you would have to eat approximately 30 yogurts a day to get the required bacteria in your system.

Supplementing with probiotics help the body with:
-fighting off bad bacteria
-reducing toxic overload
-gas, bloating
-constipation
-maintaining good cholesterol metabolism
-slowing down the aging of body functions

Antibiotics, stress, bad diet, smoking, and alcohol can compromise your digestive system.

Probiotics are necessary for:
-Helping with overall digestion of protein, carbs and fats
-Absorbing nutrients from food
-Fighting against bad bacteria in the body
-Promoting healthy, regular bowel movements
-Supporting the immune system
