The Healthy Cold & Flu Protocol

Colds are characterized by nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing and sore throat. The flu involves feverish conditions, chills, headaches, muscle aches, and upper respiratory problems.

The immune system tries to ward off intruders (colds and flu viruses). But they invade the body through sneezing, germs on unwashed hands, etc. Defending your body depends on your immune system.

Yes, there is a ‘flu shot alternative’! A homeopathic remedy that has the exact strains as the flu shots without any of the undesired additions. Taken orally this protects against the 2013/2014 known flu viruses.

To build up your immune system it is helpful to include the following:
1.whole foods, fresh and nutritious
2.fresh air and moderate exercise
3.8 hours restful sleep
4.wash hands with soap and water regularly
5.Vitamin C – we need this vitamin from outside sources, supplementing will help immune system, respiratory tract – take throughout the day
6.Vitamin D –“d-fence” for the immune system – as Canadians we are all deficient in the fall and winter. At least 1000mg per day will help increase immune system.
7.Echinacea – preventative and shortens duration of infection
8.NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) – relieves chronic bronchitis, reduce respiratory infections
9.Astragalus, Olive Leaf & Shiitake combo – powerful white blood cell booster, immune defender
10.Colloidal Silver - helps to remedy colds, flues, all infections due to bacteria, fungus or virus, staph and strep. It is reported to rapidly heal inflammation and promote faster healing.
11.Oregano Oil – natural antibiotic, antiviral, antiseptic
