The Healthy Body Beatitude

The key to good health and longevity is no secret, it all comes down to lifestyle: diet and exercise. I can assure you, there is no magic pill, you have to live it. What you put in your mouth combined with how much physical activity you perform are what will make the difference when it comes to living a long and healthy life.
Knowing what to eat, what supplements to take, what exercises to do and what workout products to choose for your specific goals can be very confusing and frustrating which is why most people find it hard to stick with a diet or exercise program. At Alcona Beach Health Shoppe we can help you to make the right choices when it comes to nutrition, supplementation and exercise. We are staffed with individuals who specialize in each of these areas. We have on staff a Registered Nutritional Consultant, Registered Orthomolecular Consultant, Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer Specialist and Digestive Care Advisors, all of whom are happy to assist you and are always ready to answer any questions you may have. There is never a need to book an appointment, consultation appointments, or fees, these are all free services that we offer to all of our customers.
As a Personal Trainer Specialist I can assist you in developing an exercise program that is right for you and suggest supplements that specifically target your end goal.
I will be starting a series of columns with helpful exercise tips to keep you fit and to help you achieve a healthy Beach Body Beatitude, but please feel free to come and see me in person so we can talk specifically about your goals and how we can help you achieve them. At Alcona Beach Health Shoppe, we are your partner for health and happiness.
The Everyday Everyone Back Stretch
Stand upright with hips aligned over knees, knees aligned over feet. Hands above the head and fold from the hips gently and as far as the body will allow. Do this upon rising and whenever you stand (when able) to allow flexibility in your body’s core.
