Healthy Body Beatitude - A Tighter, More Beautiful Booty

In previous editions of Healthy Body Beatitude we focused on creating a stronger core by working the lower back and stomach. In this article I would like to move the focus a litte lower to the gluteus muscles otherwise know as your butt or booty! Your butt is actually made up of three groups of muscles, the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus muscles. Working these three muscle groups will help to tighten and shape your butt and you donít need to go to a gym to do this.

Beautiful Booty Squats Ė Healthy Body Beatitude #4

This is a very effective exercise for stimulating all three muscle groups in your butt as well as your thighs and hips all at the same time.

Begin with your feet flat on the floor a little wider than shoulder width apart and toes pointed slightly outward. Bring your arms straight out in front of you, keeping your spine straight and your abs tight. Slowly begin squatting down and back as though you are going to sit in a chair. Continue squatting slowly, until your thighs are parallel with the floor, inhaling throughout this entire lowering motion.

Without pausing at the lowest position, press with your heals as you raise back up to a standing position keeping your back straight and exhaling slowly throughout this motion. Tighten you gluteus muscles as you return to an upright position and keeping them flexed for a few seconds before starting your next squat.

Beginners can complete 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions. As you become more comfortable with this exercise you can increase the number of repetitions per set. For an extra challenge, try performing squats while holding dumbbells in your hands. If using dumbbells or any other type of weight, keep your arms straight down at your sides gripping the weights firmly in each hand.

Green Coffee Bean Extract can help tighten and shape your booty.

There has been much talk about Green Coffee Bean Extract and for good reason. The benefits of this supplement are extraordinary. A green coffee bean is exactly as the name implies. It is a dried unroasted coffee bean in its natural state. Roasting a coffee bean changes its properties and diminishes much of its benefits. The extract from green coffee beans contain natural chemical compounds such as caffeine and chlorogenic acid. The caffeine helps break down fatty acid while the chlorogenic acid inhibits the release of glucose in the body speeding up livers metabolic process. Chlorogenic acid is also a very powerful antioxidant eliminating free radicals which in turn slows down the aging process while improving circulation and muscle tone.
