Have You Been “Stressed Out” for a Long Time?  Ashwaganda may be for you.

These are signs of adrenal fatigue. When the body is stressed we go into “fight or flight” mode. This activates the adrenal glands. Cortisol and adrenals are turned on to increase blood sugar, muscle energy, heart beat, and blood flow to prepare for physical and emotional strength for the perceived “fight or flight”. Once the stress is over then the adrenals and cortisol should turn off, but with chronic stress they are left on all the time! So the body cannot recover causing cellular damage, blood sugar issues and adrenal fatigue.
